The Mountain Rise United Church of Christ's Green Climate Action Team, The Green CATS,
submitted a letter, signed by 50 people, requesting charging stations at Wegmans
stores. Here is the reply they received:
Hello James and the Mountain Rise United Church of Christ,
Thanks for sending your letter. I have been asked to send you a response on behalf of the Wegman Family. Good News! We have been working diligently to find a company-wide solution to provide electric vehicle charging at our Wegmans stores. We've recently partnered with Volta Charging to bring this amenity to our customers. We plan to rollout charging stations at our stores in 2022.
